Heroes of Freedom Fishing Competition Information

	Yes, I am interested in participating in the Heroes Of Freedom Fishing Day by captaining my boat for a Wounded Hero from the Iraq or Afghanistan Theatres of the War on Terror on Sunday, June 26th 2011. (A member of the Tournament Committee will contact you)
	Unfortunately, I am unable to help with the Heroes of Freedom Fishing Day.

Payment Information
Entry Fee per Boat is $575.00 Pro / $100.00 Am. Payment must be remitted with registration form to the North Point Marina office prior to MAY, 30th 2011.

 $650.00 Pro / $150.00 Am If postmarked after June 1st 2011.

	Include me in the “Second Chance” Tournament, my $200 is included with payment
	Don’t count on me in the “Second Chance” Tournament. I understand the last chance to participate is at the Captains meeting on 23rd June 2011.
